What kind of animals does Shuswap Paws assist? ?

We work with domestic cats and dogs.

How can I report animals in need of help?

You can email us at shuswappaws@gmail.com
If the animal is in your care and in urgent need of help please contact a local vet. Reports of animal cruelty should go to the SPCA at 1-855-622-7722.

How can I donate?

E-transfers can be sent to shuswappaws@gmail.com

Credit card donations can be set up through Zeffy

You can also use our membership number when you make purchases at Armstrong Regional Co-Op 59551, and you can donate refundable bottles and cans. (info below)

How can I volunteer?

Our volunteers help in many different areas, including fostering, trapping, driving pets to veterinary appointments, cleaning and organizing storage and supplies, fundraising, events coordination, and so much more! Please fill out our volunteer application form. (linked above)

Can I get a tax receipt for donations?

We are a non-profit society, not a registered charity, so we cannot provide a receipt for tax purposes.

Where can I drop off donations of refundable beverage containers?

Refundable containers can be dropped off at the following locations. Please ensure that your refundables are reasonably clean, and that the bags do not contain other non-refundable items.
